in photos. That’s the plan today. I have been working away on the house and slowly getting it in shape. I was going to go Christmas shopping today, but I decided that I will feel much better about a day away shopping, if my house is in order and my Christmas cards and invites are in the mail. I just designed the invites, so they still need to be printed. Hopefully, all the things that I’m planning to buy for gifts will still be available and not sold out later this week : )
Here’s a little photo *b* list of little Christmas vignettes that I have done so far:
This gorgeous floral arrangement was delivered yesterday by Holly of Avant Garden. I wish you could smell it! It smells divine! Holly does beautiful work, if you need a centerpiece for the holidays, give her a call! This arrangement was a birthday gift from my awesome, thoughtful friend Lin. I love my friends.
Things are finally coming together! I can’t wait to share more…but I’m not quite ready…I need help hanging a few more things and I just can’t bear to bother Tom with it. He’s been getting up at 3 am for the past few weeks because their business is super busy. He has done so much already…but maybe tonight, if I feed him a yummy dinner? : )
I have another family session to share peeks of. I spent time last year with Tom and his Mom taking senior photos, so it was fun to meet the rest of the family and see their beautiful home. They live on one of the most beautiful pieces of land I’ve ever seen!
I’ve photographed a number of sets of twins and moms often tell me that it’s easy to get in the habit of photographing them together and forget about getting individual shots….so I try to always take individual shots of twins.
Thank you for all the birthday wishes yesterday! It was a good day. I am handling the big number fairly well today : )Much of that is due to encouragement from all of you!
