I could post another “it’s a small world” blog post, but I will refrain.
But it totally is.
I have photographed three weddings at this beautiful Catholic church in this small town that I previously had no connection to.
Now I feel like we’re friends.
Great experiences every one.
I have been so fortunate to have had so many wonderful, laid-back beautiful brides over the past few years.
Jenna is no exception. It would be hard to find someone easier to get along with.
She is a gem.
Three weeks ago, she married a man who seems to be equally easy-going and fun to be around.
So happy when that happens!
Her bridesmaids were so attentive and great.
There first look was one of the sweetest I’ve seen.
Also, the day before the wedding, Tom and I drove to Snyder and randomly checked out country roads for a scenic location for photos.
We happened upon this amazing land with tall grass, trees and a couple of cool old structures.
I had no idea how to get permission to use this property, but as we drove a little further, I realized that the land was close to the parents of a friend.
The friend is a groom from a wedding two years ago.
I’ve gotten really close to his wife and even the family, after photographing another daughter’s wedding this summer.
See what I mean about the small world thing.
Anyway, I texted them and found out that his cousin owns the land and I called him and he was a sweetheart about us shooting there!
We even took the wedding party back to the location.
I adore the colors Jenna and Dan picked!
This was Dan’s idea, and I love it!
So happy to have been a part of Dan & Jenna’s day!
