gloomy again…

i need to see the sun! why is it so gloomy? maybe the sun will come out later. tom and i are taking our grandsons on a passenger train ride tonight, so i’m hoping it’s not too dark…i need to take some photos! our brother in law scott works for UP and he hooked us up with the info on the ride. we can’t wait!

thanks for all the inquiries about the pre-sale! i think we’ll be having a little party in the garage! i worked until 2 this morning on sale stuff. i can’t even tell you how much stuff i have. it’s crazy! i haven’t even begun to go through the rest of the house. i have a roomful of boxes just from my studio! but it feels good and i’ve already started to feel inspired to create again. that is the best feeling! i’m looking forward to seeing some of you tomorrow and saturday!

another fun thing coming up: i’ll be teaching a children’s photography workshop next tuesday night, may 5 at the fremont art association. if you have a child who would like to participate, email me at bnovacek@aol.com ages 7-14 (i think, but they may not be really strict on the age limit) anyway, it’s a project called “snapshot fremont”. each child takes the workshop and then they are given a disposable camera to use to take shots that they can enter into a contest. the winner will have their image matted and framed and exhibited at the art association gallery. very fun! i’m excited to be involved in this. i’ve wanted to be involved in the local arts for a long time. thanks to jamie seawall, i am now involved! 

i took photos earlier this week of a sweet brother and sister. their mama is a sweetie too : )

not just “sweet” people…they are sweet spirited. deep down.

i’m on my way out the door to take newborn photos! life is good!
