probably because i was out of town this week. even harder to believe that july is basically over, which means that summer is almost over. that makes me sad. even though i love the seasons, i’m partial to summer. i must concentrate on savoring these last weeks of summer.

this summer, i have enjoyed meeting lots of new clients, as well as reconnecting with returning clients…and freaking out over how kids grow up so fast! i’m playing phone tag right now with a returning client who is ready to schedule one year photos for her baby boy, who it feels like i just shot newborn shots of! the senior photo shoots are in full swing now too, which is always a lot of fun for me.

last week, i met up with mindi and her girls at the loft. they were such willing models!

i received an email from mindi later that day, saying that haley had asked if they could come back and have me do their photos again soon! that made my day!

i read this passage this morning and i really hope to live by it: “love each other with geniune affection, and take delight in honoring each other”. romans 12:10
