Just returned home tonight after blissful time staying with Eli. I had forgotten how quiet nap time is, and how much fun baths are when you are 20 months old. Oh how I cherish the time with my babies. I feel like I’ve been on a retreat. A good for the soul kinda retreat. I am blessed.

Back to reality and deadlines and life in general…which is all good. I am blessed in this life and I know it and appreciate it. One of my dearest friends is going through a very, very difficult time right now, so I am especially mindful of how grateful we all need to be for each day, with good health and loved ones. I am in awe of the faith and grace T is showing right now. She has been such a blessing in my life and I hate that she is going through this. Please say a prayer for her sweet husband and for their family.

Thank the good Lord for sweet little ones. These two are absolutely precious. Sisters who are so different and yet each so beautiful and funny and lovable. Each at a milestone, Merrick is two years and Hadley is  6 months. Great time for pics, right?

This whole series with Merrick cracks me up. It’s as if she were totally aware of how she was working the camera. LOVED it!

This is the kind of joy I want when I’m doing what I love….I feel it on the inside, but I’m not sure it looks this way on the outside!

I was going to share even more, but I think you get that these two are pretty stinkin’ cute.
