Super power salad- Kale, arugula, tomatoes, roasted beets, black radishes, goat cheese, blueberries, Marcona almonds, baby cukes and avocado drizzled with balsamic and topped with a scoop of tuna salad made with a touch of vegenaise, diced cucumber and scallions.
