I have a love/hate relationship with technology. Most of the time, I love it….but when it goes wrong, it’s the worst. Since technology is constantly advancing, you have no choice, but to continue to learn and grow with it. When I purchased a new camera, I didn’t have a clue how many things it would affect technically. Love, love, love the new camera, but getting all the updates and changes implemented was more challenging that I had anticipated. It’s all good now, but a little stressful during busy season! All that to say that when I photographed the family featured today, I accidentally deleted their photos from the computer and the card. I was able to retrieve it all, thank the Lord! And that is where technology came through and I found out that it’s all retrievable (Thank you Sara-anne Wolgin Caudle! and all my fellow photography friends on FB. Your support and encouragement meant so much!). I know I’m sounding dramatic, but I was feeling awful at the time, and they all lifted me up. Why am I admitting that I did something so dreadful? Because life isn’t perfect and sometimes in the blog world we can make it sound pretty perfect. I think it’s important to admit that I’m not and how I handle situations like this. Let me just go on to say that Kay (the awesome mom/grandma in today’s peeks) was an absolute gem and so gracious when I called her. She handled it amazingly well. I could go on and on. She is awesome! I’m just so thankful that I was able to retrieve the images and that I can share peeks with you now!
beautiful girl.
cute boy : )
She is doing what every kid needs to do with fall leaves.
Love the colors, textures and layers of their clothes choices.
SWEET!
Truly nicest people. Even when I gave them bad news. Giving them the good news was the best!
God bless!
